The RCV - 125 operates pneumatically based on return – air principle. Remote control valves for one-man operations and thus we provide them for all our equipment. The pneumatic remote controls comprise a remote-control valve RM-100 or RM-50, a Deadman handle, and a twin line hose. When the safety valve or petcock is closed and the operator is decompressed. The red remote control hose controls and leads the compressed air from the remote control valve to the Deadman handle. When the Deadman handle is depressed, the air is guided back to the remote control valve which closes the outlet and the blasting process begins. When the Deadman handle is released, the process reverses and thus the blast process stops. When the blasting process is completed, the safety valve is opened and hence prevents activation of the process even if the handle is compressed accidently. If needs be for frequent start and stop of the blasting process the remote control systems allow for on and off of abrasives and air independently. These systems can be found in pneumatic and electric models.
