AoneBlast Tungsten Carbide Long Blasting Nozzle
The Aoneblast Tungsten Carbide Long Venturi nozzles are lined with Tungsten Carbide with Aluminium Jackets. This Aoneblast blast nozzle has an exquisite nozzle design to protect the tungsten carbide liner. Tungsten carbide is a very strong material, ideal to be used in blast nozzles, abrasive resistant, and workable against light impacts for example on construction sites. Tungsten Carbide is the most in-demand liner material for most of our clients due to its long life and impact resistance and adds to the rugged character of the nozzle. Aoneblast high-velocity nozzles are designed to deliver uniform abrasive distribution. This design accelerates the air and abrasive mix as it leaves the nozzle enabling increased productivity and reducing abrasive consumption by up to 40% when compared with other nozzles.
